We are a sports podcast focused on covering everything XFL, UFL (United Football League), and alternative football. We cover the Canadian Football League (CFL) and its current 9-team, 2-division structure which includes the BC Lions, Calgary Stampeders, Edmonton Elks, Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the West, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Montreal Alouettes, Ottawa REDBLACKS, and Toronto Argomauts in the East.

We also cover the merged XFL-USFL league the United Football League (UFL) and its current 8-team, 2-division structure which includes the USFL Conference with the Birmingham Stallions, Houston Roughnecks, Memphis Showboats and Michigan Panthers, and the XFL Conference with the Arlington Renegades, D.C. Defenders, San Antonio Brahmas, and St. Louis Battlehawks.

Although we don’t cover indoor or arena football on a regular basis, we do feature interviews on a case-by-case basis when situations arise. The same policy applies to the European Football League (ELF).

With the XFL’s return in 2023, we will be adding the 8 new or returning XFL 2023 teams to our coverage including the Arlington Renegades, D.C. Defenders, Houston Roughnecks, Orlando Guardians, San Antonio Brahmas, Seattle Sea Dragons, St. Louis Battlehawks, and the Vegas Vipers.

We also cover the United States Football League or USFL with its primary headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. In the North division, the USFL has the Michigan Panthers, New Jersey Generals, Philadelphia Stars, and Pittsburgh Maulers. The Birmingham Stallions, Houston Gamblers, Memphis Showboats, and New Orleans Breakers comprise the South Division.

On December 31, 2023, the XFL and USFL announced an official merger of the 2 leagues resulting in the UFL (United Football League). We will continue covering the 8 teams of the UFL or United Football League.
